What happens after I contact you?

We will phone you to arrange a convenient time to visit the site and discuss the works. We will then send you a written quotation via email. Once you have accepted the quote we will complete any necessary applications and schedule a date for the work to be carried out.

How long does it take to get permission to work on my tree with a Tree preservation order?

Once the application is validated with the council the timescale is up to 8 weeks until the council can process a decision on the works.

How long does it take to get permission to work on my tree with a Conservation area?

Once the notification is validated with the council the timescale is up to 6 weeks for the council to process a decision on the works.
