Where a tree is to be removed, it may be possible to fell the tree in one piece. This is space, surroundings and situation dependant. This will be assessed when coming for a site visit to see what way is appropriate to tackle the tree in question.

PROFESSIONAL TREE FELLING

This will be done by one of our trained operatives, using special techniques and cuts to bring the tree down safely/controlled and exactly where we want it to go.

We also have a range of winches to assist us when a tree is not leaning in the direction we want to fell, We can overcome the lean of the tree and weight to fell it into a safe place / where we want it to go.

The tree is usually cut down to ground level only.

Tree removal by climbing and dismantling

Where it is not possible to “fell” a tree in one piece, it can be “sectionally dismantled”.

Due to available space to work or items underneath the canopy of the trees we will climb using ropes and harness and dismantle the tree’s in small sections dictated by available space to work.

This operation will be done by our trained operatives, using ropes, pulleys and friction devices to control and lower the tree down piece by piece safely.

This operation is usually done where there are items underneath the tree which are not to be damaged. E.g greenhouses, house roofs, sheds, and other items of importance that cannot be moved.
